Summary: The Priory is a beautifully maintained classic building in Pittsburgh. Friendly, helpful staff greeted me and provided menus so I could customize my free breakfast order each day of my stay. The thoughtfully packed hot breakfast sandwich was great for eating on the go, or in my room before heading out. The room was classically designed, but clean and well-appointed for modern living. There's also a gym and conference rooms. A great deal for the services they provided. The only reason I gave this hotel less than 5 stars was the neighborhood. An Uber driver dropped me off and recommended I not walk anywhere at night. No one bothered me, but I agreed. The young men hanging out across the street at night made me think more actively about my surroundings.

Summary: Everything at this hotel was top notch. It is a boutique hotel with a lot of character, previously a monastery. Exceptionally clean with special touches like an excellent breakfast and a shuttle that will take guests wherever they want to go within a 2 mile radius. The outdoor garden was spectacular. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. We will definitely stay at the Priory Hotel again if we go to Pittsburgh.

Summary: Lovely place with lots of history . Staff was outstanding . The shuttle was available to downtown . Also an excellent take and go breakfast. Pleasantly surprised what a great stay here !!

Summary: Most of our stay was okay. Parking is very tight if you have a large vehicle. We also had a room facing the courtyard, and it was very loud in our room until well after 1:00 in the morning. Finally, the biggest problem was that it rained overnight, and all night long, we heard dripping that we thought was outside. However, around 5:00 in the morning, we realized that our room was leaking. It was dripping on the bed and running all down the wall. We went down to talk to the staff at the desk, but all she did was apologize and come up and take pictures. When we checked out, we were told that management would reach out to us, but no one did. We got very little sleep. I liked the location for walking to PNC Park, but because of the issues, I don't think we'd choose to stay here again.

Summary: The room was extremely clean. Absolutely beautiful old architecture. The staff was wonderful, kind, helpful, professional. Love the shuttle over t the ball game and back even though it is walkable. The breakfast was great, made to order. Wonderful idea btw, I’m sure it’s less wasteful that way. We loved the city and baseball park. On return we will stay here again.
